Who we are

Flowood Plumber is a referral service operated by Steve Slay ("we"). We connect people looking for local services with independent providers. We are not a contractor and we do not perform, supervise, inspect, or guarantee any work.

Independent providers

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They are solely responsible for their own work, pricing, estimates, warranties, licensing, insurance, and conduct. We do not screen, endorse, or recommend any provider. Before hiring anyone, ask for their license and insurance information and get your quote in writing. Mississippi contractor licenses can be checked at msboc.us.

No warranties

This site and its information are provided "as is," for general information only, and are not professional advice. We make no promises about the availability, quality, timing, or cost of any provider or service.

Release and hold harmless

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Flowood Plumber, Steve Slay, and its owners, members, employees, and agents from, and agree to hold them harmless against, any claim, loss, injury, property damage, or expense arising from your use of this site or phone number, or from any work, advice, or dealings with a provider you contact through them. Your agreement with a provider is between you and that provider only.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and any total liability to you will not exceed $100.

Calls and information you send

Calls to the number on this site may be recorded and tracked for quality and reporting. By calling or submitting a form, you consent to being contacted about your request by us or a provider, and you confirm the information you give is accurate. We use what you send only to respond to your request and connect you with a provider.

Phone calls and recording

Calls placed to the phone number on this site may be recorded and logged for quality, record-keeping, and to connect you with a local provider. By continuing the call, you consent to this recording. If you do not want to be recorded, please use the contact form instead.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here.
